Shipping & Returns

Each warning is produced by hand-operated machinery at the moment you request it. This is how it reaches your door.

The journey

• Destinations: any address in the United States. The enchanted realms are not currently served, nor is the rest of the world.
• Fee: a single $5 per order, waived when your order totals $75 or more.
• Duration: expect 3 to 7 business days of making, followed by several days of travel. Stitched hats and the festive season take somewhat longer.
• Tidings: we send word by e-mail, with tracking, on the day it leaves. Several items may journey separately.

When things go awry

As each piece is made for you alone, we are unable to accept returns if the size was misjudged or your heart has changed. The size chart on each product page exists for this reason, and we urge you to heed it.

Should your parcel arrive damaged, misprinted or mistaken, send your order number and a photograph to sales@one-stop.com within 30 days. You may choose between a new one and your money back, free of charge.

Second thoughts

We begin swiftly. If you must alter or cancel an order, tell us at once and we will try to stop the machinery in time.
